Advancing Behavioral Health
Within healthcare organizations, behavioral health needs for employees and medical staff take many forms. Even robust employee benefit packages can struggle to connect staff with needed resources in a timely fashion. CCA connects an organization’s most trusted assets, it’s personnel, with the behavioral health solutions they need and ensures continuity of care. Whether providing individuals with education, helping navigate access points of benefit programs, or connecting to professionals that know how to see through an arc of response and treatment, CCA follows up and follows through with each individual, so that they can feel and know their organization is working for them.
Healthcare organizations also understand the unique challenges of supporting their teams within the clinical environment. Complex care dynamics, interprofessional communication, event response, and high-intensity decision-making are all daily factors that can lead to team- and system-level strain. CCA provides structured, third-party consultation from behavioral health professionals, to reduce operational disruption. Through documentable response, CCA helps to stabilize complex dynamics, provide real-time support to determine response pathways, and guide escalation decisions.
CCA responds to the often specific behavioral health needs that directly impact clinical outcomes. This is seen in patient care, graduate medical education (GME), and interactions between employees and medical staff. As healthcare organizations move toward applied, situation-based educational models, CCA understands that education for personnel needs to serve multiple audiences, working together. CCA provides the expertise and response-oriented educational guidance needed.
